Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and should be confirmed via email, phone, or our website booking system.

• By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Grace Period & Waiting Time

We provide complimentary waiting times to accommodate minor delays:

• Non-airport pickups: 5 minutes

• Domestic airport arrivals: 20 minutes

• Internal/connecting flights: 45 minutes

After the grace period, waiting time is charged at our standard hourly rate, pro-rated by the minute.

3. Flight Monitoring

• We monitor all incoming flights to ensure timely pickups.

• Delays due to late flights within the grace period will not be charged extra.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations within 12 hours of the booking: 100% charge applies.

• Cancellations between 12–24 hours: 50% charge.

• Cancellations 24+ hours in advance: No charge.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 business days.

5. No Show Policy

If the passenger fails to arrive at the agreed pickup point within:

• 15 minutes (non-airport)

• 60 minutes (airport arrivals)
  the driver will leave, and the full booking fee will apply.

6. Luggage & Passenger Capacity

• Please ensure the number of passengers and amount of luggage does not exceed the vehicle capacity booked.

• Excess luggage may require an upgrade or second vehicle at additional cost.

7. Vehicle Use

• The vehicle and chauffeur are at your service for the agreed time and route.

• Any additional stops or route changes must be approved and may incur extra charges.

8. Conduct & Responsibility

• Passengers must not smoke, consume alcohol, or use illegal substances in the vehicle.

• MHM Chauffeurs reserves the right to refuse service if safety or conduct becomes an issue.

9. Liability

• We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, or road closures).

• While we aim to arrive on time, arrival times are estimates.

10. Privacy

• We respect your privacy and handle all customer data in accordance with UK GDPR laws.

• Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
